MBRP is an 8-session, open-enrollment group intended to support individuals in early recovery from addictive disorders. Each session is 60 minutes long.
MBRP uses mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral skills to help individuals manage substance craving, reduce relapse risk, and bolster self-care practices in daily life.
This group is not intended for individuals who are in need of detoxification and stabilization services.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills is an open-enrollment group that focuses on regulating challenging emotions and responding to distress in more adaptive ways. Some of the topics we will cover include mindfulness, acceptance, crisis survival skills, understanding emotions, changing emotional responses, boundary setting, and more.
Each session will be 60-minutes long an recur weekly.
